Approach

Do I open my eyes and let the light in.
Am I ready for what this day will bring,
Will it be better than yesterday, It hopefully will, just need to challenge things in a different way. 

Do I stay slumped on the sofa and hide away, Or shall I stand up put makeup on and face the day. 

I’ll try to keep all my negative thoughts to the back of my mind and approach everyone I meet today with the happiness that’s buried deep inside.

I know I’m strong enough to make everyday the same and the happiness will stay and never go away, a smile will fill my face forever and the negative  will disappear and I know I’ll get better.
