Ashes to Ashes

Ashes to ashes,

And dust to dust.

Darkness is darkness,

And lust is lust.

Iron to iron,

And rust to rust.

I am a sinner,

And pray I must.

Friends are deceitful,

But in God I trust.

Pleasure is vain,

And faith is much.

The truth is freedom,

So why lie as such.

Lord open my eyes.

May my soul be touched.
