Autumn Rumors

Autumn Rumors

Russet rumors frolic terrain
Bough on high starkly remain
Stoic tis sodden shore
Frozen by artic roar

Mingling icicles pique
Comforted by nips they seek
Alabaster coats adorn
Pruned buds await forlorn
Β
Slumber now in stilled bed
Balmy tis thy murky stead
Fleeting respite assured
Springtide solstice ensured
