Today, again, I missed you.

But the pain and the truth are true. 

I still feel your hand in mine and feel your pulse against my palm.

But that was then and this is now.

I have made the decision to block you out.

I don't need your lies and manipulation. 

I don't need your kiss on my mouth.

And I still wonder if your thoughts roam back to me as mine do to you.

But it doesn't matter, because I am done.
