Sister, let me tell you something I think you need to know, I understand what it feels like, to wish that you could go. Away from all the heartache and away from all the pain, hoping that the man you love, doesn't come home angry again. Scared to say the wrong thing? Worried what he might do? Knowing if there's anything wrong, it's taken out on you? Living in fear, from day to day, it's just no way to live, all they do is take and abuse all the love you give. There is a really big difference between true love and feeling sorry, all the "I love you" and "I need you baby" just to make you worry. But also let me tell you, there's something you can do, you're stronger than you dare to dream and you can pull through. Love is not suppose to hurt, love doesn't call you names, love doesn't leave you sad and stressed, or play mental mind games. Love is earned by respect and respect can't be earned by fear, you can't love what your afraid of- let me make that clear... Do it for your children, do it for yourself, end this chapter, close the book and leave it on the shelf.
