Baby Santa

I watch my baby jumping up and down

In his little jumperoo

He met Santa yesterday

And got a picture, too!

We dressed him up just the same

As the jolly old guy in red

Who was tickled pink as he asked his name

"It's my mini-me!" he said

He sat and talked, he shot the breeze

The early there's no crowd

Our baby sat upon his knee

Quiet and observant, we were so proud!

We shared a few laughs and then had to go

Someone else was now in line

To see the big jolly man sitting next to fake snow

This outing was sublime!

Santa has lost some of his glamor, but the old guy can still turn a few heads! This was a nice Christmas story. Anthony

Thanks!  We had a lot of fun getting the Santa pics!  At least until the photographer started jingling some bells and scared the crap outta kiddo...  Still, Santa was cool!  Thanks for the comment!

Merry Christmas!

Random Enigma,

Well write and with all the (Xmas) spirit, that could be asked of by any....A poem when read, leaves a smile on the face and warmth in the heart and through this poem, exuberates the real meaning of (Xmas) not only from the eyes of the child but through and from the heart of the proud parent sharing it. Job well done and with the true meaning of (Xmas) displayed from word one to the complete end.....

Merry Xmas to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim
