Bad Media

Bad Media

I Was watching TV the other day
Concentrating on the things
They say

All sorts of feelings came over me
Worry calmness hostility

Watching news stories
Of war death and pain
May keep bad chemicals flowing
And changing our brains.

Reduced serotonin with fighting
Peptites when not

How much control over us
Has the TV got

The weather girls are pretty
And looking so hot
Producing a number of chemicals
Endorphins are tops

Some now have their brains
Mixed up for real.
Could the TV do this
Disrupt the way we feel

Even cause us to like things
Naturally we would not
Including war death and fighting
And killing a lot

Are we junkies by watching
TV all the time
Chemical balances
Could be getting out of line

Guess all we can do
Is just go with a flow
Turn off that TV and try
The radio

Or maybe we should read
The news papers but there's
Manipulation and lies
Causing all sorts off rages

Thinking about it now
Most medias just mad
Its interference with our feelings
Could be turning us
Bad!
