The Barrier

It’s so thin—a grain of grass—a glint of glee. Joy ruptures
Pain; and pain fractures joy. They dance with such grace—a
Phantom’s voice. My features, a subtle war: my mirror, a
Rainbow. And so dearly—I wail a volt—alive, my deepest
Concern. She whispers love: He flashes flame; and so
Intricate this feyic field. And mother lingers the porch,
Fretting wind. I’ve lost my invite, and thus, the trespass.
They love the fallin’ sun; thus I burden the afternoon. Â
It’s so thin—a grain of grass—a glint of glee. Heaven
Punctured hell, feel the remnants. Thus, the walls are speaking;
And thus, the ceiling—wails. And something deeper, beckons
The spirit. Hear it tap—a secret world; and hear it tear, an
Angry flash. It’s so thin—a grain of grass—a glint of glee.
And thrice, the levels, a Kingdom—misunderstood.Â
