One second one minute to one day at a time
It's a war; It's a battle and I'm standing here in front of the line
covered in grime
Must be ready for the good times and bad
Happy, worried, glad, sad ,to mad

I prep for battle and I sharpen my sword(spirit)
I prep for battle i open/listen to God's word(hear it)
On goes the, ...
Belt,breastplate, shoes, and helmetĀ
Devil can't penetrate it and he most definitely can't melt it
They provide me with,...
Truth,with virtue with peace,Ā
Jesus bled ...Salvation
Paul said "...faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone", have you read ...Galatians
Suit up and put on God's full armor
Feels kinda heavy but never felt much calmerĀ

All of your work is beautiful and it all really showcases your superb talent for poetry and I`m thrilled to have the honour of being able to read it all my darling. It is wonderful to be able to read all about your truly beautiful, open and honest faith that you so kindly share with all of your readers through your work and for you and I to be able to get to know each other through this site. I`m sure that your wonderful poetry will bring great joy and comfort to all who read your work sweetie. It is wonderful to know that you feel so secure and happy with the love that you receive from our Lord and the love you receive from others through that sharing of your faith.
We are all his children and we are all brothers and sisters through his wonderful love and it`s very important to share and spread that love to all the people that come into our lives. Even though you and I will never meet, I`m sending you my love and support with your writing and I hope I can give you comfort that way. The internet is wonderful because it enables us to do that. I find it a great comfort for me personally because I know for sure that Gods` love is helping me through the loss of my eldest son Andrew, I lost him to cancer in 2009 and he was just 31. God is getting me through it and his love is so special and such a privilege to receive.
I only started writing in 2013 when I received a laptop for Mothers day from my youngest son Christopher, who then very patiently taught me how to use it as I had no idea how to use a computer, I have written a poem called Our Gerty`s A Computer Virgin and that will give you some idea of how I`m such an airhead with technology. I was very late in getting in touch with the 21st century. He also found this site for me as part of the surprise and made me a member without me knowing, then sprung the surprise upon me along with the laptop on Mothers day. I didn`t even know that I could write poetry!! So it is a great comfort to me and I am eternally grateful to my son for that wonderful surprise and the love that he shows me every day as do all of my six children, Andrew continues to show me his love from heaven and I know he is encouraging me to write because he knows it brings me great comfort, now that I know that I can actually write it.
I look forward to reading all of your work and I promise to comment on each of them for you to give you my feedback and thoughts about them sweetie.

Im very sorry to hear that my condolences. My recent ex-gf lost her father to cancer as well and not an easy way to see a loved one say goodbye. I'm so sorry. Ā May he rest in peace and watch over am you as a guardian angel and continue to talk to you and inspire you to never stop writing cause your writing is amazing! AndĀ I know he is so proud and boasting to everyone about you. :) and yes ma'am we are all brothers and sisters through Christ and so happy to be able to share and related to siblings who have the same passion. I'm an only child ,20yrs old , so have lots to learn and experience God willing. Ā :)Ā
