To Be Her

Breakfast?

Skip it.

Lunch?

Skip it.

Dinner?

Skip that, too.

Clothes-

Not good enough.

Need more.

Makeup-

Ugly. Try Harder.

Does he want you yet?

No.

A Razor cuts

so cleanly

through flesh,

Glides.

Lets the pain out.

The hot

red

release

Feels good,

doesn’t it?

Oh, sweetheart.

You will never

be

her

This is marvelous, creative, and artsy. I appreciate the content, and the twist at the end.
