Beauty And The Beast

I have lived a life that has made 

my heart into stone

Being judged by the world that is

full of nothing but hatred 

I keep my anger buried deep within 

me that makes me go insane 

The world looks at me like I am 

a beast with no heart

The years fly by as the hatred grows

deep in this cold dark heart

Bounded by chains that bound me

to this world I must live

Lost to this world with no hope and

despair in my black heart

With fear that runs deep in my soul 

having no way to break this curse

For now I know I stand alone walking

this world with the beast within

I close my eyes and spilled my tears

that streamed down my pale lit face

Dripping slowly down to the soil of

the earth with my memories within 

Waiting for the day to come when my

beauty will break the curse

When shall the day come when I could

have my soul set free

Then she was sent to me an angel

that fell from the sky above

The beauty of her eyes were blue as

an ocean's rip tide

With lips that were as red as the roses

planted in a rose garden

And the smell of her perfume that linger 

in the breeze of a moonlit night 

Made the beast within my soul feel that

there was a ray of hope

A soft tender kiss feel upon this

cold cheek of mine

Sending small little tingles down 

this beating heart of mine

I found my beauty to break this 

cold heart of mine
