The Beauty of You and I
A Kyrielle style poem
Your love is humming 'neath my veins
My shiver turns into your sigh
Like the wild moors in summer rain
It's the beauty of you and I
A molten flow that swallows whole
And bigger than what meets the eye
Shadows vanish in afterglow
It's the beauty of you and I
Deeper than sinew binding bone
And higher than anything flies
A union that can't be overthrown
It's the beauty of you and I
From the future it travels past
To the rays of Earth's first sunrise
A promise that love too will last
It's the beauty of you and eye

Beautiful! Very romantic! The Kyrielle is a French poetry form and one of my favorite.  I just thought that t in each stanza lines two and four of the first stanza are repeated in their entirety throughout the poem.  Excellent write!
Valerie,
Thanks so much for reading this! I was thinking that the French Pantoum had the 2 repeaters( 2 and 4 become the 1st and 3rd lines of the next stanza) but I will research it and make adjustments if needed. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and reading this poem!
