Belated Lullaby

Belated Lullaby

Sleep well my angel
Close your eyes.
My days are gone
No more to cry.

Remember when
We sailed the sea
I am always part of you
And you are part of me

Goodnight my angel
Dream the night
I will watch over you
in the pale moonlight

My days are gone
No more to cry
Your life will come
Above I will sigh

There are so many things
I wanted to say
We will meet again
Some sunny day

One day all things must die.
That the way all things must be
But forever lives my lullaby
We will meet again
Just wait and see.

Sleep well my angel
Close your eyes.
My days are gone
No more to cry.
