BETTER THAN

A little of something is better than nothing 
Liking is okay but not better than loving 
Some people like giving better than receiving 
While others like going better than leaving

I certainly prefer resting better than sleeping 
Definitely joking is much better than weeping 
Walking for exercise is far better than driving 
It's a fact having is much better than depriving 

To do some recycling is better than wasting 
Some say that eating is better than tasting 
I much prefer the ABC than one two three 
I also don't care if you're better than me
