Poem -

Beyond mourning.

How Long
Shall I mourn you,

'Tis this life
That mourns you
still,

Long beyond
A simple star,

that shines like darkness
never will,

I'll be loving you still.

Valerie Beasley...

Nardine!  This is quite beautiful.  Here's how I felt while reading it:  This mourning…it bleeds into itself.  It mourns beyond the beyond…beyond the life of a star and enters into the stygian darkness to make a diligent search for the depth, breath and height of sorrow.  It is perennial.
