Birth and Day

Birth and Day

What if I was born at dusk
Perhaps I wasn't brawn but busk
A musical array in flesh
A beating animated mesh

What if I were not a solar
though I have Leo molar
Instead I am a lunar shine
Dark of night truly mine

What if I was winter float
No connect to summer boat
Even though I love the sun
To moon's direction tend to run

I like the white
and not the gold
Silver lining
and I'm sold
The gentle sway
is there my power
I host the ocean
hour and hour

So what if I was born at sunset
Under the street lamps
let me concert
