Birthday for Dad

I cannot see you
Or feel your touch
A hug from my father
Is asking too much

He's so far away
But still in my heart
On my mind and around me
So we won't be apart

Can't see his smile
Or hear his voice
He's with Jesus in Heaven
On this day we'll rejoice

Today is his day
I don't know about there
But here it's his birthday
And at is grave I stare

"I miss him!" I cry
An angel dries my tears
I look up and I see him
He whispers "I'm still here."
