Black Dress

Slip on black dress
Pack all that's left
Low cut neck
Tattoo on chest
Salvage

Spray some perfume
One, two
Apply red lipstick
Check
Let down hair

Long, dark
Delicate waves
Red heels
Five inches high
Grab keys

Familiar roads
Never thought this would be how it goes
Best friend
Life long
Never though they'd be caught

Use key to unlock door
You two have looks of horror
Keep myself together
Place all your boxes on the floor
Leave without a word

Drive to the lake
Whiskey
Black tears roll down my face
Looking like
Spilled ink
