"BLACK HOLE"

"BLACK HOLE"

I'm getting used to the feeling
Of being all alone
I close my eyes
As the wind blows
And it sings to me
Dear relief

From the voices

Maybe I've lost my mind
But haven't we all

Just a little

I've already ran away

I lie upon the forest floor
The wind howling with the wolves

The trees casting shadows
That turn into ghosts

Hollow within my skin

Consumed by the sorrow
I become a shade

I want to open my eyes

And see beyond what I know

An island of peace

Amidst a sea of chaos

Depths of a soul

Acid tears
that drip and drown me whole

Black are the petals on the rose
Ashes at my feet
Remnants of the blood

Blackness is where

Fears become truth
