Bloat

It’s not as easy 
As you may know
Food is legal 
And can be 
Gotten to go
I find myself
In the same 
Old Bloat
We eat when 
We're Hungry
Or in a
Deep mote 
But...
Hard 
As it is 
To dig out
Of the rut
We all can 
Do it
And have
A good
Gut
