Blood Red Moon

The darkness surroundsĀ 
the midnight hour.
Even in the day it lurks the
corners in the shadows.
That sends a cold
chill down my spine.

But the sun will come
in the mist of morning;
And the moon will comeĀ 
In the midnight hour.
The blood red moon sends
a cold chill down my spine.

But we all fearĀ 
the blood red moon.
The darkening of theĀ 
light fading into the shadows.
Sending chills downĀ 
this spine of mine.
For this is the night that
the witches hour will shine.
