Poem -

blues on the worn out heart

blues on the worn out heart

my worn out heart
once was torn apart

but was....

as beautiful as a baby smile
at sleep

or a show of the morning crystals
on a flower bloom as sweet

then i stumble onto you

as a sunset graces moonlight
and my moods a fancy treat

when thinking of you becomes
 a bite of my lips....

to bleed...for the need.

as you show you do not care
with a trickling of falling tears

with my every step to meet
on these tired blister feet

for you worn out my heart...

now seems like only time to part
