Silhouette

Silhouette

Silhouetted in heaven of blue
Amber iris's flicker with gold
His eyes, shadowed by silent aplomb
A tender reflection of stillness, of home
Her cheeks are warm, pink in blush
Feeling the warmth of nothing touched
Solidarity kissed, caught in the pause
Seeing and seen, between nothing and all
A tendril curls, a smile appears
The curve a silent testament
Dimple flares, delights unsaid
Confession of affection in silhouette
