Bonne By The Sea

Oh marry me,
My Bonne by the sea
Salty laughter laps ashore.
Barefoot on foam-kist sand,
I'll hold your warm hand
Ardor imprinted evermore
Promise you will,
Along rolling hill
Moon and stars attest.
My bonne, beloved true,
Instead, I bury you
Verbose vicar blest.
Emerald grass knells,
Nostalgia dwells
Eagerly it haunts me.
My heart but shattered,
Mourning winds scattered
Encase me beside Bonne.
Someday soon,
Β Betwixt celestial cocoon
We shall reminisce, anew.
Oneiric moon and stars,
Will erelong be ours
Bonne, my beloved true

Interesting... so very heartfelt and deep, but I couldn't help but ask if your poem is talking about the same person as Marion, both have passing and the Ocean in them, so I`d be interested to know. Either way such a smashing poem. Kind regards. The Fish of the Sea.
it was inspired by Marion's poem. I find a lot of work on cosmos to be very inspiring. thank you for your support fish
