Brain Surgery

I have a big decision to make,
taking it lightly,could prove 
a fatal mistake.
Brain surgery has been
 recommended  to me,
to help ease
my disability.

Should I do it?
I just don't know,
I'm really quite scared 
but not letting it show.
I've had procedures 
that have gone wrong before
and left me not wanting
 to have anymore.

I have asked lots of others,
what would they do?
They all replied with
"It's all up to you!"
It would be great
to feel like new,
there's still a lot
for me to think through.
