BRAIN TRAINING - OUR AWAKENING

As I train my mind to think greater thoughts

As I affirm each new, word and deed

I let go of all fear and doubt that repressed my life

By removing my mind and body's negative weeds

I can trust myself to deal with life problems

I'm more confident and become more powerful each day

I give thanks, each second to God my Father

For allowing me to survive and finally live life my way

I repeat the words, I love you daily

To remind myself that despite what my eyes may see

There are better ways of reacting to life

And each minute God makes this easier for me to achieve

I am taking apart my beautiful mind

Showing my brain what there is more knowledge of

This new way of thinking might be challenging at times

But, I am learning the power of compassion and love

As I walk away from the destruction and harm that was done

As I change my behavior and habits too

I will come back and teach you all these new techniques

And I'll show you the power of the mind that lives inside of you…

Notes: August 2015

After living in medical madness for 30 years, surviving medical experiments, further injuries, loss of memory and electrocutions from faulty medical devices….I know God kept me alive for a reason....and I have a purpose!

Only knowing a variety pain medications among others for thirty years, chemicals that only ruin the body and mind.  Chemicals that if it weren't for the ignorance in 1985 and misdiagnosis, I wouldn't know this pain or chemicals.  We don't all use pain as an excuse, which is our reality.  Other's cannot see nerve damage with their eyes….despite what they don't see we must still strive to understand ourselves and do better.

I can finally say that this beautiful music  (binaural beats,)  I am studying,  is making a difference, and I am finding a way back to life....rebuilding my mind and healing my body, cutting back my medications to 75% is more than I thought I'd live to see.  One day they will all be gone from my body and mind....

Remember Angels, that despite the destruction we face in life, the challenges, pain or losses, know each day we are given a new slate, a new power and a new beginning....

Take care of you first thing in the day.  God will help you take care of the rest.....be good to your body and mind, and it will show you wonders and powers like you've never known.....

I have made a powerful affirmation/meditation video that teaches your brain to think new positive things and replaces the old negativity.  These binaural beats music and affirmations over time will repair DNA brain chemistry as well as heal many ailments.

Take this time for yourself each day...40 minutes to calm and dispel, and awaken your body and mind.  Listening to powerful affirmations I guarantee will change your mind and whole perception......

I have found a way out...and as I go along, feeling within my mind and body so many changes...I am blessed God kept me protected and alive to know something more....we only get one chance....if we are lucky...3....lol, and life is not a dress rehearsal.
