Poem -

bring back the night.

Her dragon released fire
Lighting up the sky

The crow watched on
From the telegraph wire

As she finally understand
the darkness,

The call of the crow
Echoing in the background

What she could now see
would astound,

Shadows no more
Images in greyscale

Colours before

Covering the earthly floor
Tears she wept into the night

Wishing to forget

What she had seen within
the light ,

Stuck in greyscale
forbidding the light,

Wishing and hoping
with all her might,

Begging her dragon
To cease fire

bringing back the night
remove the heartache
turn off the light.
