Poem -

Broken

As a child,

I leaped off my doorstep,

from imagination into reality,

with my undeveloped mind.

I opened my heart to the universe.

Allowing every soul to have never ending access,

I later felt cursed.

Subconsciously storing negativity.

Effecting me mentally.

Which has begin to show physically.

Carrying anger,

Because of heavy pain and lost hope,

nothing to look forward to,

Unable to take the time to cope.

Just because,

The hateful world I intended to love.
