Broken hearts lead to a wall of holes, an empty draw once full of clothes,

broken hearts lead to a mess on the floor, and also you stressing some more, you tryna make the best of it all, while dealing with the rest of the war, 
broken hearts lead to a dirty home, knowing soon you’ll just be all alone, sitting in the dark wanting a love you can call your own, hoping you can just get back in your zone, feeling that cold spot on the couch wishing that they wasn’t gone, 
Broken hearts lead to you hating yourself, your heart being placed on the shelf, wasting your health, you no longer waiting for help, but still wanting to escape from the hell, but no matter what you’ll keep on taking that step,
