Built Like a Skyscraper

There's still little bit of love
Left on my tongue
There's still a pulse of pain
In my heartbeat

Every step I take
I remember the road with you
Every romantic poem
Shows me who you are

You tearing me down
Made me a skyscraper
Your doubt in me
Made me a fire

You build me the way
I am
Threw my pain
I learned to stand

I am the strongest
Twin tower
But I'm built
Like a skyscraper

You meant for me to cry
But I learned to fly
You wanted me to fall
But here, I stand tall

This tower won't go down
That easily
Because of the way
You built me
So thank you
For the hurt

You breaking my heart
Gave me a fresh start
When you didn't believe in me
It showed me to see

I am the strongest twin tower
But built like a skyscraper
