"Bully, bully" By Ben Goode 2018 (c)

Bully, bully, made her cry.
Took her spirit, then she died.
The consequences. Took their toll.
Fallen, tragic, broken doll.
The three, they took her life away.
Falling from that bridge that day.
Bullied her, she jumped and fell.
To escape their teasing hell.
Falling down in front of me.
Broken there for all to see.
I looked up, and saw them there.
Running with regret, and scared.
I chased them, but they got away.
I had lost my love that day.
"Teagan, Teagan, please come back!"
Walking back along that track.
People stood there, just like ghouls.
Useless, statues, stoic fools!
I loved her so much, now she's gone.
They will feel my wrath, and scorn.

Powerful poetry Benjamin .
Having experienced bullying at school myself. I know how horrific it can really be, and the very real tragedy that can unravel as a consequence. Although this story is fictional in this case, it is something that could happen. And I want the reader to really think about it.Β
