Poem -

Bushy tail.

I sat by the garden gate
a fat Possum up the tree

Big old eyes and bushy tail, staring down
On me

I looked him straight within his eye, he didn't move an inch

My eyes they started watering, the Possum
Didn't flinch

I knew he was a master
A game he had me play

That moment was the greatest, it lightened up my day

He comes and goes when the sun shines
And sits up in the tree's

Maybe I'd have more luck
Staring down the bees.
