CAMARADERIE

It is a great art to learn to enjoy others, to be inspired by them, and know
That no matter what happens, your friends will be there to show, you
That moral support, that only exists, in the hands of a group of goodwill
A sense of loyalty and jollity, developed over time until
The group begins to function as one, a sense of camaraderie has begun
To spill over through conviviality and togetherness done
The magical, mutual, gregariousness among friends, creating rapport 
And transporting the whole group, through esprit de corps
To the heights that could not be reached alone
The teamwork we each take home
That teaches us we're not alone
The closeness has grown, just by enjoying each others company
By testing each link in the chain, we cement our sociability, and gain
New friends and lighthearted grasp of our mutual goals and pains
We grow stronger, we accomplish so much more
Than we ever could have before
 Because camaraderie has taught us
That bonding within a group
Of individuals
Is more, much more
Than achieving
Alone....
