Poem -

Can you hear me?

People just talking moving their mouths
I see their lips moving but I don't hear a sound

My head is just swirling my hearts pounding too
I don't know what to do

Too much noise and stress all around
just pushing me into theĀ  ground

Can they hear me do they understand
the battle inside me is out of hand

Don't be silly don't make a fuss
they say as they roll their eyes and huff and puff

Just an honest cuddle or an understanding ear
would fill my heart with hope and cheer
