Candle Of My Life

The candle of my life is melting and so burning out quick. 
The light in my life is ending on the slowly dying wick. 
And one day it will flicker out and all I know shall fade. 
I too,will be reduced to earth within my earthen grave. 
In delivering myself from life and all that I hold high. 
May I present my attributes to heaven in the sky. 
For life is but another flame and heat is known to rise. 
And fire burns until its gone,as life does till we die. 
And death is just the part thats dark,the part deprived of light. 
For all that shines is yet to come beyond
