Poem -

Catch The Wind--Inspired by Donovan Folk Solk

In the cold and lonely
moments of uncertainty.
I want to be
In the glowing warmth
of your smile.

To hold you for forever
and to take your hand.
To the Promised Land

Ah! I may as well try
to catch the wind.

When evening
hides the sunlight
I want to rest a while
within your smile.

To belong to you
is where I want to be.
If you could love me now
Winter turns to spring.
My full heart would sing

Ah but I might as well
try to catch the wind

When raindrops spill like tears
You kiss could end my fears
For living in your heart
is where I need to be
and where I long to be

Ah! I may as well try
to catch the wind.

I may as well try
to catch the wind.
