CAVALIER

CAVALIER

She carved our names in wet cementĀ
Told me of prestigious plans, and so it went
Outside of the convention center
Just a kid in ruins, lost without his mentorĀ
Despite the pain, I held her near

Here, here I fell here
Love that her name was cavalierĀ
Loved all the times she disappearedĀ
Her name is cavalier

There's a dream dead, down on the block
There's ocean grove, 'neath a Broken clock
Frankie serves Anthony his welfare food
We're dying here, and...
The greetings sign conveniently sets the mood

Here, here I fell here
Love that her name was cavalierĀ
Loved all the times she disappearedĀ
Her name is cavalier
