Change of Time
Time has a way of changing everything you know,
Everything you thought would be,
When life was happy for a moment,
And then the news came where it made you bleed.
It's where joy turned into sorrow for a loss,
A loved one no longer there to lean on,
And you wonder what you are going to do now,
And praying the pain would subside quickly.
But then the light shines once again,
The day of hope rising in faith,
Knowing the sun will shine at daybreak,
And all will be well if but for a moment...
