CHANGES

Whoop Get Up and Dance...Since I sent my book to my publisher....I've probably written two more in the last week.....awwww...Inspiration :)

CHANGES

Each day that I am changing
I come to realize
That God always has a rainbow
Above the darkest skies

And each new day that I'm growing
I'm safe to grow like I've never had in my life
And I realize that I am in control
Of my happiness, environment and any strife

Angels, we were never really told we're grown ups
Nobody will ever notice your growth
And unless we know ourselves fully
We'll never be the captain of our own boat

I realize each day I'm changing
That I'm no longer feeling alone or afraid
Nothing scares me and there's nothing I fear
Because I've trained my mind with each decision I've made

So, Angels if you live each day in worry and doubt
Hold your hands over your heart until you hear
The voice that's always been quiet, hiding in the background
Give yourself this opportunity and you'll erase all the fear

Don't concern yourself with what others think
And Angel, don't worry about how you'll change
Because when you build your world from within and listen
You play with a new conscientiousness in God's new game.....

It's great to grow up and it's great to grow up without fear..... wow I've been reborn at 52 or is it 54 I don't know how old I am anymore LOL

Angels, when I trained my mind and rid my mind of fear everything else, fell into place

you have no reason to think about words you want to say you say them gracefully and with confidence and you make a point..... if you hesitate to ask ...ask why

Take care of yourself my angels God is watching out for you this is your world in your truth and live it to the best of your ability.  It's never too late to make changes and you're never too old to change.

We've been told a whole different story generations ago and we have been programmed to think without really thinking and we react without thinking we're never taught to think for ourselves we have to change that story in our head because unless you do you will never know what's there waiting for you to take you down we take ourselves down the hardest

We can live in our truth and know this will set you free and once we're there....we're free from all restraints...and reborn.....

Angels, each day is awesome....look in the mirror and tell yourself that too!!! Love yourself warts and all....lol

Today's Meditation:

Find your sweet, sacred space, set a timer for 10 - 20 minutes, soften, and relax. Focus all your awareness on your breath and your heart, invite stillness in.

Silently to yourself, or out loud. repeat the mantra: "I follow the guidance of my heart."

When your timer goes off release the mantra, relax connect with your heart and be yourself the greatest day greatest life discovery of yourself and the world as it should be

Raise your vibrations make your mind your bitch I'll show you how LOL
