Characteristic Colour

Colours create harmony
peacefulness, love & hope
tho dowdy shades like grey & black may make some poeple mope

Natural phenomena will arise i.e the colour of the sea
Or the sky when it is a sunny day
both show a bright blue display

There is simply nothing nicer than the sunset’s crimson hues
a guaranteed pick-me-up 
for depression & the blues 

Yellow, gold & orange emit cheery, jovial happiness
Whilst silver, gold & pink
in my opinion donate flashiness

Can you imagine a world without colours ?
How an Earth would humans manage
Dull, drab & uninteresting
A disasterous disadvantage

Colour blindness must be strange
a flawed whilst false insight
Alas blindness must be unthinkable
Forever in a darkened blight

Rainbows with their seven colours
Isn’t that nature at it’s best
alike the Aurora borealis
such a magical show of zest

I could conjure up colourful niceties
forever & a day
It’s characteristic is dear to me in every single way
