CHARLIE CHIMP AND SHIRLEY SHRIMP
Charlie was the name of this likeable chimp
Had an addiction to the eating of shrimp
Two bowls a day for Charlie did arrive
All courtesy of the pleasant zookeeper Clive
Shirley the shrimp lived in a bright blue sea
Happy with her life so young and carefree
This came to an end one summer's day
A fisherman's net Shirley got in the way
Poor Shirley was dazed and confused too
How did she end up in Charlie's zoo ?
Charlie didn't care Shirley was in his bowl
No time for pity and no time to console
How did this poem end I'll let you decide
Did Shirley escape or finish in Charlie's inside ?

I came upon it, this no ending sonnet, Was Shirley jumbo or butterfly? alive or did she die? Well it's okay, got me wanting her either way! Fun stuff! enjoyed!
