Poem -

Cheif of The Stars

She was so full of sadness,Ā
that I began to wonder
if she was composed of anything else

She had nothing that made her smile
Her passion had drifted, her body shifted
and to the moonlight she surrenderedĀ

She was the chief of the stars
She ruled the darknessĀ
and by sunrise she was as pale as the flesh of a fish

She had no idea that there was somebody who loved her
Somebody that could heal her
And more somebodies that knew her

She was debilitated by loneliness
But even I loved her for that
