Poem -

Love spell

I’ve learnt all my lessons,
Cleansed what doesn’t serve,
I am free to receive,
The love I deserve.

I’ve liberated what’s heavy,
Left woe in the past,
I’m finally ready,
For true love that will last.

But I won’t compromise,
And I won’t lie in wait,
I’ll embrace solitude,
If that is my fate.

I’ll still love myself,
Happily ever after,
Because I am the book,
And loves just a chapter.

I’ve dug everything out,
Found that’s where love truly lies,
And It turned out my demons,
Were answers in disguise.

I’ve heard all the notes
Of the song in my soul
And if love never comes?
I am already whole.
