There's a melodic frenzy
Feeding in me
Due to your pristine presence
Creating a bed of roses
From the harmonic parts
Of your symphonic essence,
You're a song that sings to me
And moves in me
Measure to measure
A theatrical performance
In progress
A melodic treasure,
You're the tune I'm whistling
Whenever
My face has that silly smile
You know the one
That takes my Love for you
And portrays me like a child,
I just can't help myself
I'm experiencing things
Long forgotten
I'm so happy I'm beside myself
When I realize
My fears are misbegotten,
So although I try to convince myself
That all of this
Is just a dream
I discover myself
With your picture
You're the most beautiful thing I've ever seen,
I feel like I'm seventeen again
I'm doing things
Against doctors orders
And the really interesting thing is
I've been improving
Beyond borders,
You've opened up the world to me
In ways
I can't explain
I feel you know me well
I know you understand
My pain,
But then there is that "one thing"
That only you
Provide
You give me courage
The will
To go out there and try,
Because
Everything you are
Has taken root
In me,
You have become,
My heart,
The holy water,
On,
My seeds...

There's a joyous effusion as the thoughts, images and feelings; along with the perfectly, melodically, timed rhymes: come tumbling out!!
This poem puts me in mind of Zeus coming to Danae as a shower of gold ... as you shower words of love on the love of your life!!

My Dear Brother Poet Tony,
Her water runs pure as does her sweet heart
It cleanses his soul, with the love it imparts
Immersed deep within it, a panacea of pain
The Fountain of Youth, makes him teenaged again
The Doctors give orders, but are truly naive
On curing a soul that needs to believe
So at the next sock hop, with his Homecoming Queen
They will jitterbug fiercly, the best ever seen
