Chirpy chirpy cheep cheep β€οΈ

My wooden bird table is what I can see
An abundance of squabbling hungry birds
All oblivion of me
Two colourful chaffinches are
Clinging to a ledge
Many more of these unique fellows
Are looming near on my hedge
Mr Robin, hes always my resident
Pecking on a fat ball
I think he thinks he is the President
As he dominates all
Blue tits galore too many to count
Both males & females
In a vast amount
Prettier than most are these little tits
With their yellow chest & blue head
Singing chirpy chit chits
There are six βJack in a bottleβ
Long tail-tailed tits
Flightier than the rest
Seeming startled βOut their witsβ
Little miss wren so petite & small
Dares to dwell in the background
On my garden wall
Blackbirds, starlings & house sparrows galore
They are our most popular visitor
We see these by the score
Mr Great spotted woodpecker
Waits until all the others are away
Usually just after our teatime
That really makes our day
He alights on our tree
Colours of black, white & red
I love to hear his a-knocking
Up on the oak tree by my shed
How I adore my bird house
Perched down amonst the flowers
I can sit watching out my window
Mesmerised for hours
