In a circus I live

I swear I am done
I pack up my things, run forest run
Them and their childish game
Things will always be the same
In a circus I live
The elephants take up the room to forgive
The clowns put on a constant show
Can tines hand out the multi coloured snow
Gymnastics, float on strings
As if they are perfect, they have wings
Fortune tellers, tell a bunch of lies
Monkeys, go insane with no alibis
It is time for a break
Entering the circus was my biggest mistake
Time to turn the page, the end
For in a circus, there is no true friend
I give more than just an act, I love from my heart
Keep on wishing, that the rest of the population would start
Thinking with their minds or loving with their heart
I see now, it will never happen, it's a loss cause from the start
