Club kid's

Club kid's

Drinkers leave their tanks for home
Spewing onto streets they roam
Violently predictable
And craving lumps of meat
Our kind emerge from shadows
Congregation pre arranged
To avoid the daytime rabble
As the stars divide nocturnal beasts
We're many, and we travel far
Teenager's in prime
In our flocks of overloaded car's
We finally arrive
Brightly dressed, expressing breeding
Feeding on our supplements
We queue outside the nightclubs
Girls in mini skirts and bra's are freezing
No one standing still
The hive excited... agitates
Surging through the bloodstream
Overwhelming, breaking floodgates
Neon lights
And walls of speakers
Dj's feel the pulse with fingers
Spinning disc's of vinyl
This is tribal, well... it's kind of
Mixing up and losing sight
Through mist upon the dance floors
Sharing sips of water
Dehydration is our downfall
Lost in concentration
Of a beat, in which we drive
I have never felt so free
And never else been so alive.

This certainly sums up the club/dance/rave culture John. Reminds me of being younger. I'm feeling old lol.
