Poem -

Cold

The shivers come across my spine
The goose bumps making me cry
The thought of being cold
Makes me whiter
Yet it throbs my heart
I think about the past
And with this weather
It makes me want to holler
Why can't everything be warm and happy
Why so cold , dark, and ugly
I just want to be with you
Warm and protected
Now I'm lost
Being cold , lonely
And now I'm sleeping in my own bed
