For the Past
20 Plus years
My peers have
Dubbed me 
"Columbo"
In reference 
to my interviewing
style...
Imagine
a bloak
that appears
before you
in a casual
form and 
demeanor.

Coffee stained
shirt
Lazy eyes
which
At first appearance
leaves
for competency 
to be in question
Yet as time
goes by
it becomes very apparent
that the pieces
to the puzzle
is slowly being 
put together
allowing 
the interviewer
to see the
true picture....................
