My heart breaks,
This wound will not heal,
It's shattered and cracked,
Bleeding with pain onto the floor,
I try to hide the pain and pretend it's not there,
It just builds up with no sewing kit to repair.
I long for her touch, her beauty, her care,
I cover it all up with an undesirable smile.
She is my light, my purpose, My everything,
Without her my life is empty and dark.
Like the force of a black hole,
Ever crushing my soul,
